Payment Terms

1. Payment Structure
All services offered on AInterior.co are provided on a prepaid basis. You must pay in full before accessing any generation credits or features associated with your selected package.
- Payments apply to digital content credits, known as “generations.”
- These generations are consumed each time you generate AI-powered design content using our platform.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Other payment methods as displayed at checkout
All payments are processed securely through our third-party provider. We do not collect or store your payment card details.
3. Default Currency
All transactions are processed in Euros (€). If you are paying in a different currency, your bank or card provider may apply conversion fees or exchange rates according to their terms.
4. Order Confirmation
Once payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email and immediate access to the number of generations purchased. If you do not receive confirmation within a reasonable time, please contact our support team.
5. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital goods, all purchases are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Once generation credits are made available to your account, the service is considered delivered, and you waive any cancellation rights that might otherwise apply to physical goods or delayed services.
6. Custom Packages
You may choose to purchase a custom credit package by selecting a custom payment amount. The number of generation credits you receive is calculated dynamically based on our pricing structure at the time of purchase.
Custom purchases are subject to the same payment and refund conditions as standard packages.
7. Failed Transactions and Access
If your payment fails or is reversed after delivery (e.g. via chargeback):
- We reserve the right to revoke access to your account or freeze remaining credits
- Any outstanding amount may be subject to recovery through legal means

We reserve the right to update these Payment Terms at any time. Updates will apply only to future purchases and will not affect payments already made. Your continued use of the service after an update constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
