This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for purchases made on AInterior.co (“we”, “us”, “our”). Our platform provides digital design generation services using AI technology. By purchasing or using our service, you agree to this policy.
1. Digital Nature of the Service
All products and packages offered by AInterior.co are digital services — including AI-generated designs, visualizations, and related content.
Once credits (“generations”) are added to your account or a generation process begins, the digital content is considered delivered.
Under UK and EU consumer protection laws, digital goods that are delivered immediately after payment are non-refundable, provided that:
- You have explicitly agreed to the immediate start of the digital service, and
- You acknowledge that you waive your statutory right of withdrawal once access is granted.
By purchasing any package or custom credit amount on AInterior.co, you consent to this condition.
2. General Refund Policy
Because our services are digital and start immediately upon purchase, all sales are final.
Refunds are not provided in the following cases:
- You change your mind after purchase
- You did not use all your purchased generations
- You are dissatisfied with the aesthetic quality of an AI-generated design (as results are subjective and creative by nature)
Refunds are only granted in limited, exceptional cases, such as:
- Duplicate payment or technical error resulting in an incorrect charge
- Proven system malfunction or inability to access the service after successful payment (not caused by the user)
In such cases, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase at design@ainterior.co with proof of payment and a description of the issue.
3. Custom Packages
Purchases made through the Custom Package Calculator are subject to the same terms.
Because the number of generations is calculated and credited instantly based on your chosen payment amount, these transactions are non-refundable once confirmed.
4. Failed or Reversed Payments
If a transaction is reversed or disputed (e.g., via chargeback):
- We reserve the right to suspend your account and freeze any remaining credits
- Access will be restored only after the issue is resolved or the payment is re-processed
- Repeated chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension
5. Technical Errors
If a technical issue (server error, double charge, or non-delivery of credits) prevents you from receiving the purchased service, we will:
- Re-issue the missing credits, or
- Provide a partial or full refund, at our discretion
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction to design@ainterior.co with relevant evidence (payment receipt, order number, and screenshots).
6. Third-Party Payments
All payments are securely processed via our trusted payment provider Paysa.ge.io.
We do not store your card data and cannot issue direct refunds through other channels.
If your payment issue relates to processing errors on the side of the provider, we may request you to contact Paysa.ge.iosupport directly for resolution.
