2. Accounts and Access
To access certain features, you may be required to register an account using a valid email address.
You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Any activity conducted through your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in breach of these Terms.
3. Packages and Payments
Our services are provided through prepaid generation packages (e.g., 10, 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, or 1000 generations).
- Prices are clearly displayed at the time of purchase on our website.
- Payments are securely processed through our third-party provider
- We do not store or handle your payment card details.
All payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws of the United Kingdom or European Union.
4. Custom Packages
We offer custom packages based on your chosen spend amount.
The number of AI generations is dynamically calculated according to current pricing tiers at the time of purchase.
5. Use of Generated Content
All generated content — including images, designs, layouts, and text — is licensed to you for personal or business use, subject to these Terms.
You:
- Retain usage rights to generated content
- Own your uploaded files and prompts
- Must not use the platform for illegal, offensive, or harmful purposes
You grant AInterior.co a limited licence to use your uploaded content for the purposes of operating and improving the service (e.g., debugging, analytics), without claiming ownership.
6. Intellectual Property
The AInterior.co platform, website content, code, branding, and associated assets are the exclusive intellectual property of AInterior.co or its licensors.
Generated content may involve third-party AI models or APIs (e.g., RunwayML, OpenAI) and is subject to their terms of use.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
While we strive to provide high-quality, useful outputs, we:
- Do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or completeness
- Do not guarantee fitness for construction, engineering, or financial decisions
- Are not responsible for the consequences of relying on generated content

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- AInterior.co shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the affected service
